Order Processing: Before your order ships, we need 3-7 business days to process your order. To be honest, most of our orders are out the door in 2-3 days, but we believe in setting realistic expectations, and then exceeding them. Please keep this turn around time in mind as you place your order. Holidays are busier times and we prepare well in advance to assure you still get your order on time. Shipping fees also include processing, which reflects the time our team needs to wrap and box up your order and have it ready to ship. We will always send you a shipping notice and tracking number to follow the journey of your delivery.
Shipping: Orders are sent by "media mail" which is a mail service to ship books and other media. Depending on your location versus ours (Florida) the shipment can take an average of 6-8 business days, which means 7-10 actual days to make its way to you. You have the option to select Priority (2-4 business days) or Priority Express (1-2 business days) to receive your shipment quicker should you wish.
Returns: Each order is unique and once placed, we go to work hand crafting the order especially for you. This means that we cannot accept order cancellations. However once the package leaves our doors, the gentle handling is in the hands of others. If your product arrives damaged we will absolutely replace it, free of charge.
