Shipping, Processing, Returns and Customer Satisfaction

At Bella Grace Planners, our customers are at the center of all we do.  We love our customers and want to hear from you!

**PLEASE ALLOW UP TO AN ADDITIONAL 7 DAYS FOR PROCESSING DURING THE HOLIDAY SEASON.  WE WILL STAY IN TOUCH WITH YOU AS YOUR ORDER IS PROCESSED & PREPARED FOR SHIPPING, AND WILL NOTIFY YOU AS SOON AS YOUR ITEMS ARE SHIPPED**

Order Processing:  Before your order ships, we need 7-10 business days to process your order.  To be honest, most of our orders are out the door in 4-7 business days, but we believe in setting realistic expectations, and then exceeding them.  Please keep this turn around time in mind as you place your order.  Holidays are busier times and we prepare well in advance to assure you still get your order on time.  Shipping fees also include processing, which reflects the time our team needs to wrap and box up your order and have it ready to ship.  We will always send you a shipping notice and tracking number to follow the journey of your delivery. 

Shipping: If you encounter any issues during the shipping of your order, please let us know right away.

Returns:  Each order is unique and once placed, we go to work hand crafting the order especially for you.  This means that we cannot accept order cancellations.  However once the package leaves our doors, the gentle handling is in the hands of others.  If your product arrives damaged we will absolutely replace it, free of charge.  Email us at BellaGracePlanners@gmail.com and we will work through this easy process together to your complete satisfaction.
